How to redeem your Foot Locker gift card online or over the phone*:

• To redeem a gift card, use the 16-digit number and the PIN provided in the Email OR on the back of your gift card under the scratch-off foil.
• Coupon/discount codes may be used when redeeming a gift card.
• Gift cards may not be exchanged for cash (except in CA, CO, ME, MA, MT, RI, WA, VT as provided below) or used to purchase another gift card unless required by law.
• Submit your order.
• After your order has been placed, an email confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please keep this email for reference, as it lists your customer number that identifies your account.
• Gift cards have a scratch-off PIN on the back of the card. If you have an older card version without a PIN, those cards can only be used In-Store.
• Gift cards will retain the balance if the entire amount is not spent on one purchase for the next time you shop.
• If you have the older paper Certificate or Email Certificate, please note that it is a 9-digit number and 6-digit PIN and can only be used for Online, Phone and Mail orders, but cannot be used for In-Store purchases.
• If you are using the older version of our Gift Certificate, which is a 9-digit card number and a 6-digit PIN number, you must redeem the certificate in full to place your order online. If you would like to redeem only a portion of an older card, or if you have any additional questions, please contact our Customer Service Department.

States Permitting Cashouts

• In California stores, a gift card with a cash value of less than $10 is redeemable in cash for its cash value.
• In Maine stores, a gift card with a cash value of $5 or less is redeemable in cash for its cash value.
• In Massachusetts stores, a gift card with a cash value of $5 or less is redeemable in cash for its cash value. A gift card that has been redeemed for 90% of its value or more is redeemable in cash for its cash value.
• In Montana stores, a gift card with a cash value of less than $5 is redeemable in cash for its cash value.
• In Rhode Island stores, a gift card with a cash value of less than $1 is redeemable in cash for its cash value.
• In Washington stores, a gift card with a cash value of less than $5 is redeemable in cash for its cash value.
• In Vermont stores, a gift card with a cash value of $1 or less is redeemable in cash for its cash value.
• In Colorado stores, a gift card with a cash value of $5 or less is redeemable in cash for its cash value.
