Nikeβs Greater Than series was born out of innovation. In the spirit of constant improvement, the sportswear giant set out to redefine agility on the court. Todayβs game is faster than ever, with players spread out all over the hardwood. They need a shoe to help them get to where they need to go β and fast.
The first GT drop landed in 2021, featuring a cutting-edge tread pattern and low-to-the-ground design to assist sharp, quick cuts. Fitted with a React sole and full-length Strobel unit, the Air Zoom GT Cut offered speed without sacrificing comfort. This earned it a stamp of approval from pros like Sabrina Ionescu and DeβAaron Fox.
Move With Power
The Nike GT Cut 2 followed the OG in 2022 with significant improvements. It features a refined heel shape for a more secure fit and a carved-out midsole for a lighter weight. Thereβs also an extra heel Zoom Air unit in the heel for a bouncy step. This shoe not only helps basketball players perform at their best, but it also provides premium comfort for daily wear.
Both on and off the court, the Nike GT Cut 2 helps you pick up the pace. The upper features a butterfly-inspired design thatβs supportive yet lightweight. Itβs also breathable, which adds to the comfort. The plush interior keeps the foot cushioned while the stiff clip around the heel helps lock it in. Whether youβre playing pickup or hanging with the crew, you get a comfy, responsive fit.Β
Level Up Your Style
The Nike GT Cut 2 feels great and looks even better. The sporty look is enhanced by not one, but two, Swoosh logos. The design also doubles up on color with contrasting details on the upper and tongue. The fresh colorways will definitely have heads turning.
The Nike GT Cut 2 is easy to style for games with basketball shorts and a jersey. Just lace them up with your favorite crew socks and be good to go. You can also rock them for casual wear. Style them with cargo pants and a T-shirt or with a hoodie and jeans. Theyβll also look fly with sweatpants and a track jacket or with bike shorts and a tank top.
Supportive energy is yours with the Nike GT Cut 2. These innovation-led kicks will help take you where you want to go β in comfort and style.
